Flexible visual system for Information Technology Center

The company  “Information Technology Center of the Minsk city Executive Committee” operates in the field of “social IT” — develops and maintains software systems of interaction between the population and state organizations. We proposed to use more sonorous and short name “IT Minsk”, that has based on idea of a comfortable, smart city and united information center.

AVC has developed flexible visual system. Brand graphic elements are four container modules that endow the sign an additional function.
